Second Day 23rd December 2013
At Sharp 5A.M Vacated the room and started the Trip, destination was to reach Pollachi by evening. From Guruvayoor took Thrissur highway, well maintained road allowed to maintain study speed of 60kmph, morning traffic also less, as soon as reached Thrissur the I had observed that there was a some problem in charging system of the my Black bird, while applying the brake in idling, the RMP meters goes down zero. After refueling my 'Bird it refused to self start and confirmed something fault in either Battery or Charging system. It was around 6A.M whole town was sleeping..
So.. kick started my 'Bird and continued towards next destination i.e Chalakudy... as soon as reach out skirt of the Thrissur Town road joined to the NH 47, Selam - Kanyakumar 4 lane highway... great road to ride, wile cursing over an over bridge suddenly a fantastic sunrise forced me to take scratching stop took few snaps and continued.
Sunrise on NH47
Chalakkudy was small town, after crossing this took a Dosa on small hotel near Vettilappara and took some snaps around the bridge, from here onward forest start to thick so no chance to get workshop on this way, So I have to confirm my 'Birds battery was charging other if not then had only one option to return to Thrissur and get checked at any workshop.
